Tony Leung's WINDSEEKER gets first poster

His THE GREAT MAGICIAN opens in cinemas this Thu, and while there's no news yet when THE GRANDMASTERS will be ready for release, Tony Leung's fans can look forward to another movie this summer. WINDSEEKER, written and directed by Alan Mak and Felix Chong, the pair behind THE LOST BLADESMAN and OVERHEARD, tells the story of a blind man who uses his unusually good hearing to complete a mission.

It's a spy thriller, and while LUST CAUTION comes to mind, we're quite sure that WINDSEEKER will appeal to less erudite tastes. Leung of course plays the blind man, an assistant to a piano tuner, drafted to assist in the mission. The film also stars Zhou Xun, and we'll share more news as it opens.
