THE CAST OF "LET'S EAT" WILL BE IN TOWN ON 1ST FEBRUARY

Featuring an ensemble of well-known regional artistes, upcoming comedy LET’S EAT! 《開飯啦!》unveils its official poster! The cast of LET’S EAT! will also be in town on 1st February 2016 to promote their latest movie! The movie is set to release in Singapore on 5th February 2016 during the Chinese New Year!

Budgeted at S$1.8million (RM5.25million), LET’S EAT! is Chapman’s directorial debut and features regional artistes, which includes Chapman To himself, popular Hong Kong actress Aimee Chan , Hong Kong hip-hop duo FAMA member C-Kwan, veteran award-winning artist Lo Hoi Pang, Malaysia’s Tommy Kuan, Daphne Low and Singapore’s well-loved comedian Patricia Mok. Other star-studded cameos include Hong Kong’s singer-actress Fiona Sit & hip-hop duo FAMAmember Luk Wing Kuen, Malaysia’s model-actor Steve Yap, Henley Hii, and Singapore’s popular actor-comedian Mark Lee, Jeremy Chan & Henry Thia! 

LET’S EAT! depicts how the head chef Dai Hung (Chapman To) and owner’s daughter Rosemary (Aimee Chan) of AH YONG CAFÉ set aside their differences and embark on a quest to save the once reputable restaurant. The movie will showcase the many tantalizing aspects of Southeast Asian cuisines, do expect plenty of banter and sparks between the movie characters!

CHAPMAN TO'S "LET'S EAT!" MOVIE 

Malaysia’s leading movie production company Asia Tropical Films and Singapore’s Clover Films are proud to announce a new movie production, “LET’S EAT! 开饭啦!” (tentative title). Featuring an ensemble of well-known regional artistes, the comedy will be shot in both Singapore & Malaysia and will be helmed by award-winning Hong Kong actor-producer, Chapman To. This movie marks the multi-talented actor’s directorial debut.

Budgeted at S$1.8million (RM5.25million), the movie will star regional artistes, that includes Chapman To, popular Hong Kong actress Aimee Chan, Hong Kong hip-hop duo FAMA member C-Kwan, veteran award-winning artist Lo Hoi Pang, Malaysia’s Tommy Kuan & newcomer Daphne Low and Singapore’s well-loved comedian Patricia Mok. More regional stars in interesting supporting and cameo roles will be announced later.

The movie is scheduled to commence filming in early September 2015 and slated for release in first quarter of 2016. Produced by Asia Tropical Films and Clover Films, the movie will be distributed by GSC Movies in Malaysia while Clover Films will be distributing the movie in Singapore and worldwide.
