Michelle Chong's directorial debut ALREADY FAMOUS starts filming

Michelle Chong wrote the movie’s script nine years ago with the aim to give herself an opportunity in acting. However the plan to direct the movie was delayed as Michelle became busy with various acting and hosting projects.

After nine years in the making, Michelle finally decides to fulfill her dream. With her experience as a successful comedienne, Michelle promises to deliver a lighthearted and insightful comedy about Singapore’s entertainment industry.

The Start-of-Photography Ceremony of local movie "Already Famous" directed by Michelle Chong was held this afternoon at Porn’s at SAFRA Mount Faber. Present are the director, scriptwriter as well as the female lead Michelle Chong, male lead, Alien Huang (小鬼黄鸿升) and the famous cameos, Cynthia Koh, Alaric Tay, Nat Ho, Ho Ailing, Romeo Tan, Ernest Seah, John Lee and Meng Chu.

"Already Famous" is due to hit theatres later this year.
