MACHI ACTION Singapore Star Tour

Taiwanese hotties Wilson Chen Bolin (Blue Gate Crossing, winner of Best Actor at 47th Golden Bell Awards for popular Taiwanese drama In Time With You, Owodog Zhuang (Lollipop member also starred in You're The Apple of My Eye and Producer Jeff Huang (former member of LA Boyz), were in Singapore yesterday and today to promote their latest feature film MACHI ACTION. The script is also written by Giddens Ko , writer-director of runaway hit You're The Apple Of My Eye.

Apart from the media conference, the stars had a Meet-the-Fan session at Bugis Junction, followed by a special appearance at Cathay Cineleisure Orchard to greet the movie supporters at the end of MACHI ACTION’s sneak preview. The star tour wrapped up with a visit to the Universal Studios where the stars went on the heart-pounding Transformers Ride.

MACHI ACTION Star Tour with Chen Bo-lin and Owodog Zhuang

Taiwanese hotties Wilson Chen Bolin 陈柏霖 (Blue Gate Crossing, winner of Best Actor at 47th Golden Bell Awards for popular Taiwanese drama In Time With You我可能不會愛你), Owodog Zhuang 敖犬 (Lollipop member also starred in You're The Apple of My Eye 那些年，我們一起追的女孩) and producer Jeff Huang 黄立成 (former member of LA Boyz), will be coming to Singapore to promote their latest feature film MACHI ACTION《变身》.

Written by Giddens Ko 九把刀, writer-director of You're The Apple Of My Eye, the surprise hit imagines a magical fantasy when a costumed universal space hero and the actor portraying him is put out to pasture. Bolin stars as the actor thrown out of work when producers decide they need a fresher face to stomp on their weekly galactic monsters.

A special preview screening has been scheduled on 17 April (Wed) at 7.15pm at Cathay Orchard Cineleisure for fans to get up close with their stars after the movie - but we understand that tickets are almost completely sold out. Otherwise, both stars will also be making a mall appearance at Bugis Junction from 7 - 7.45 pm.

MACHI ACTION opens in Singapore on 18 April at Cathay Cineplexes.
