EXPERIENCE THE DARK KNIGHT TRILOGY IN IMAX FOR ONE DAY ONLY!

To mark the epic conclusion of the Dark Knight trilogy, Warner Bros. Pictures Singapore and Shaw Theatres are showing all three films in IMAX® for the very first time in Singapore.

On 1 September, exclusively at Shaw Theatres LIDO IMAX® and Shaw Theatres JCube IMAX® catch this once-in-a-lifetime Dark Knight marathon beginning with Batman Begins and climaxing with epic conclusion of the trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. Priced at S$50, tickets for this highly anticipated IMAX® movie marathon, a first in Singapore, will go on sale at 2:00pm today.

To date, The Dark Knight Rises has earned S$8,663,523 at the local box office and is Warner Bros. Pictures Singapore’s top-grossing film of all time.

Starring Christian Bale, the Dark Knight trilogy first sees Bruce Wayne donning the cape and cowl to combat forces of darkness in crime-ridden Gotham City in 2005’s Batman Begins. In 2008’s The Dark Knight, Batman joins forces with Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent to rid the city of the violent criminal mastermind, The Joker, played by the late Heath Ledger.

The Dark Knight Trilogy Retrospective will end with this year's most anticipated movie, The Dark Knight Rises. Eight years have passed since Batman took the fall for Two Face's crimes, but now Gotham City is in need of his help again as brutal terrorist leader, Bane, overwhelms the city's finest.
